Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Grove - Fiber Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Grove is a health and wellness utility designed to help you track daily dietary fiber intake. It is intended for informational and personal wellness purposes only.
Not Medical Advice
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The fiber tracking, food data, and health-related information provided are for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or health routine.
JPM Inc makes no guarantee of specific health outcomes from using the App.
Subscriptions
The App is free to download and use. Optional premium features are available through Grove+ subscriptions:
- Grove+ Monthly: $4.99/month, auto-renewing
- Grove+ Annual: $29.99/year, includes a 7-day free trial, auto-renewing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by JPM Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JPM Inc does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Food data sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPM Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any health-related decisions made based on information provided by the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
